my stay was enhanced by the charming atmosphere of the inn, and its central location made it super easy to explore nearby attractions like the Nizwa Fortress and the historic souk, both just about 500 meters away, allowing for leisurely strolls through the vibrant streets of Nizwa.

The rooftop breakfast area offers a pleasant view, making mornings a bit more enjoyable. The layout of the pool view rooms provides a nice escape.

The breakfast selection lacks heat on some items. strange choices leave you wanting more. Limited sound insulation next to the reception means every little noise travels. could be bothersome for light sleepers. Shower area cramped with toilet nearby makes for an awkward experience—definitely needs a rethink.

The room I stayed in was cozy and had a cute vibe, like a little den. It was a bit small, but it worked for me. The private bathroom next door was super clean. Plus, having a tiny fridge and kettle was a nice touch. The mattress on the floor thing might not be for everyone, but it didn’t bother me. Breakfast on the roof with a view was a highlight, especially chilling with the local cats!

The breakfast area had a fantastic view, and the staff were genuinely friendly, making it feel like home. Location was spot on, just a short stroll to the fort and souk in the historical part of Nizwa! !
